For good reason, cigarettes have a very negative image worldwide. They don’t only make you smell bad and act as one of the top polluters in the world, but they also affect your health in a pretty negative way. But, apparently, not smoking cigarettes doesn’t mean you are living a healthy life.

Oh-oh! If you thought that too much of alone time can be good for you, you should probably rethink it. Namely, recent studies have shown that being lonely for a longer period of time can shorten your life just as if you have smoked 15 cigarettes per day.
