Poodles are one of the most intelligent breeds out there. Not only, but they are also known as a hypoallergenic breed that people with allergies can live peacefully with in the comfort of their homes. That’s why breeders all over the world are cross-breeding Poodles in order to get designer dogs that will inherit some of the traits this smart breed holds.

In the dog world, crossbreeds with a Poodle are known as Doodles! This name was coined back in 1992 in reference to a Labradoodle, a crossbreed of Labrador and, guess what, a Poodle. While this one is definitely the most popular, there are still a lot of other Doodles that are just fascinatingly beautiful and smart.

You can never know what to expect of having a crossbreed. The hybrid dog might end up inheriting more traits of one parent, and not look like other doodles of his breed. But what’s best about doodles is that they are always so fluffy!

1. Sheepadoodle Bilbo and Meryl Davis

Sheepadoodles can be one of the largest Doodles because this crossbreed is a combination of an Old English Sheepdog and a Poodle. These lovely and fluffy creatures are very smart and friendly. Because of their mostly black and white fur, they are often called Panda dogs.

Maltipoos are a toy breed created by crossing Toy or Miniature Poodles with Maltese dogs. They are very affectionate and are popular for their loving personality. A Maltipoo can be very active, but due to its toy size it can adapt well to any kind of home

Goldendoodles are maybe the most similar ones to Labradoodles. They are a crossbreed of a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. They have a friendly and loyal personality of a Retriever while being additionally smart thanks to poodle intelligent genes.
