Some people equate running to the toilet countless number of times after drinking herbal tea as a success as they are losing weight. In reality, most of the time you are not losing the necessary toxins but instead, you’re losing water from the body. Some teas like detox teas are natural laxatives and help when you are constipated. Using them beyond their purpose could see you have issues with normal bowel movement.
